First of all, I like this approach. Second, let's find it's possible place in TRIZ.
In my opinion it can be placed between S-Field
approach and first regularity of the technical
system's development. S-Field is "minimal system".
First regularity describes whole technical system:
motor or source of energy, transmission, control
and working organ or tool (system's object in the
mind). Thus we can consider as the third object
of triad transmission or transmission+motor or
source of energy. Do You agree with me, James?
